In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Your ticket number is printed on the upper right corner of your work order receipt. If you are utilizing our remote help system your ticket number will be emailed to you. Log in below with your email address and ticket number. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
Open A New Ticket
To open a new ticket please call the shop at 845-361-2029. We will open a ticket for you when you call or use our remote help program. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist you. To view a previously submitted ticket, please use the form to the right.
